Using iFinder5 elastic, you will find all relevant information required to make the best business decisions for your day-to-day work, no matter where you are. This Enterprise Search solution allows for finding documents and information, structured and unstructured, across various sources, such as ERP applications, email systems, file systems and many more.

With this App, information is readily available while on the road, while still honoring your organization’s compliance and security requirements.

The App offers the following main features:
Autocomplete: The user receives suggestions while entering the search terms. The suggestions cover typos and are based on context.

Secure Search: The user is only presented with documents that the user is authorized to. This includes the hitlist, of course, but also the autocomplete feature and the “Did You Mean” feature. No unauthorized information is presented to the user.

Natural Language Processing (NLP): Additional to the standard way of searching by entering search terms, iFinder5 elastic also allows the use of questions.
Support for 600+ File Formats: This includes the usual Office file formats as well as CAD drawings, etc.

Preview: The hitlist comes with a preview of the respective document. For best comfort, the Search Terms are highlighted in the preview. The preview does not require the original application to be present on either desktop or mobile.
